Essence and direction in times of change
As an Interim HR Director, I step into organisations undergoing transition, reorganisation, transformations or strategic repositioning.
Change does not only require structure and decision-making, but also clarity, trust and leadership. Especially in times of increasing complexity, organisations need calm, direction and sharp insight.
My role is to bring complexity back to its essence. Not by adding more processes, but by jointly exploring what is truly happening and translating this into clear and supported decisions:
- Creating clarity in strategy and structure
- Strengthening leadership
- Making tensions discussable
- Realigning people and organisation
Working at executive and senior management level, close to both the business and the people.
When am I typically engaged?
Situations where loss, stagnation or internal tension is felt and direction is lacking:
- Leadership transitions
- Strategic transformations
- HR repositioning and professionalization
- Growth or downsizing phases
- Reorganisations and restructurings
My approach
I see change not as a project to manage, but as a process to guide. This means:
- First understanding what is truly happening
- Returning to the essence
- Making clear choices
- Creating movement without forcing it
- Bringing structure where confusion dominates
