Leadership at a senior level requires more than experience and strategy. Especially during periods of change, growth or internal tension, the need for clarity, direction and decisive choices becomes stronger.
Executive coaching supports leaders who are functioning successfully, yet sense that something essential is shifting. Not because they need more knowledge, but because role, identity and leadership may need to be realigned.

My approach
My guidance combines psychology, deep reflective dialogue and somatic work with practical translation to leadership in everyday reality. The focus is not on adding tools, but on returning to the essence:
