Biography

International and leadership experience

With a background in Business Administration (Erasmus University Rotterdam), psychology, executive (team) coaching and many years of experience in senior HR and executive roles, I work at the intersection of people, organisation and transformation.

I grew up in the Netherlands and have lived and worked abroad for several years, including in Moscow and London. This international experience has broadened my perspective and deepened my fascination with culture, behaviour and leadership in complex environments.

Since 2020, I have been working as an Interim HR Director, strategic advisor and executive coach, supporting organisations and leaders navigating transition or critical turning points.

Through my background I understand the context in which leaders operate: complex, political and result-driven. At the same time, I am shaped by personal and professional life lessons, where loss, change and growth repeatedly formed the foundation for deeper insight and resilience.

What I have learned through my own experience, I bring into my work: calm when things become challenging, clarity when choices are needed, and the ability to keep sight of the essence. Guidance that fits the complexity of leadership in (international) organisations.
